    Doug Holroyd, Founder

    Doug has over 25 years of experience at Leo Burnett, Kimberly Clarke, Fallon and McKinney. His strategic contributions have launched new brands and products for Starbucks, Holiday Inn, Audi and Sony and created new market positions for Citi, Travelocity and Nationwide.

     

    Doug's evolved approach to strategy grew into The Norgay Group in 2009, a consultancy built to help develop growth strategies for organizations of all sizes and industries from start-ups to Fortune 50s to nonprofits to higher education.
